Case Management Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of ABA clients, ensuring effective coordination of care. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client needs. Collaborate with Behavior Analysts, therapists, and caregivers to deliver high-quality ABA services. Conduct regular client assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and progress reports. Advocate for client needs and connect families with additional community resources. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience in case management or ABA therapy is highly desirable. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques is a plus. Accepted candidates will be providing services at our state of the art new corporate headquarters and behavioral health center located in Doral FL.
