Join a leading team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, where your expertise in customer service and commercial insurance will be pivotal. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of client insurance needs, from renewal processes and policy administration to client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboratively manage client insurance needs alongside an Account Executive or Producer. Collect client information, prepare applications, and submit to carriers. Develop tailored proposals and detailed insurance summaries. Handle new business, renewals, and policy modifications. Provide policy explanations, coverage enhancements, and resolve client inquiries. Maintain precise client records and adhere to established procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within an insurance agency. Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Lines coverages. Property & casualty license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are desirable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A positive, team-oriented approach with problem-solving capabilities.
