Rental Specialist (Light Construction Equipment) The position of Rental Specialist is a base salary and commission position. The schedule must be flexible and may require additional hours to accomplish rental objectives and to accommodate customers. The Rental Specialist must be solely employed by Kelly Tractor Co., renting exclusively from its inventories. It is necessary that the Rental Specialist be well versed in all aspects of the Rental Equipment products and be able to assimilate training material and courses that may be presented during his tenure in this position. The ability to interact with prospective and established customers in a comfortable and professional manner is imperative. In addition, this position requires the ability to operate a company assigned vehicle in a safe and efficient manner. It is essential that the representative be in generally good health, be able to walk moderate distances with ease, enter and exit company vehicles without difficulty, climb aboard and operate machinery, and work outside. Construction Equipment experience is preferable. Must be Motivated and initiative-taker. Bilingual in English and Spanish is needed
