Tasks:
Assist in managing a book of business for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Handle employee enrollment, termination, and COBRA data entry into internet-based systems according to established procedures. Address and resolve customer service inquiries, including benefits, claims, grievances, and billing issues, with professionalism. Track and report on open issues, providing updates on resolution progress. Support clients with general insurance rules, compliance questions, and benefits administration. Communicate with client employees and HR contacts regarding benefit program questions and concerns. Prepare and maintain documentation and materials for client meetings, such as agendas, presentations, and reports. Assist with the installation of new group insurance contracts and processing of renewal paperwork. Act as a liaison between clients and carrier partners, ensuring accurate and timely communication. Help prepare and deliver employee communications, including updates on annual renewals and benefit changes. Aid in coordinating and conducting on-site new hire or open enrollment meetings, supporting employee education on benefit programs. Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation. Maintain accurate benefit records and ensure timely processing of eligibility and other benefit-related data. Participate in training and development to gain expertise in benefits administration and client management. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to support client needs and ensure satisfaction. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 3-5 years of experience in employee benefit experience.
