Description:

Assist Account Managers/Account Supervisors with communication between internal departments and clients. Assist with processing client requests and managing and motivating creative, media and project management teams to ensure results.

Responsibilities:

Assist internal teams with developing projects and campaigns Understand brand guidelines and ensure all work follows guidelines Present creative concepts to clients for approval in partnership with the Account Supervisor and/or Account Director Assist in the development of project estimates and timelines Collaborate with creative teams to design projects/campaigns on behalf of the client Ensure the creative team completes all projects on time and within budget Alert Account Manager/Account Supervisor of issues and delays in all projects Assist in creation of project estimates and timelines Assist in campaign tracking and performance Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, products/services and strategic marketing communications plan(s)
