Position Overview:

As a Negotiator, you’ll be instrumental in securing settlements for clients facing MCA (merchant cash advance) debt. This fast-paced role demands strong organizational skills, sharp decision-making, and the ability to negotiate assertively and professionally. You’ll be backed by a dedicated legal and management team committed to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and submit electronic filings, statements, and other documentation to clients. Provide administrative support to attorneys on various case-related tasks. Negotiate MCA settlements to secure financial relief for clients. Maintain professional communication with opposing counsel and other stakeholders to exchange updates and information. Accurately enter and update client information within the company’s CRM system. Organize and maintain client files, track deadlines, and ensure documentation completeness. Assist attorneys and paralegals with preparation for negotiations and drafting legal documents. Collect and analyze relevant information to support case strategy and settlement discussions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization. Ability to present information clearly to clients, management, and legal staff.

CRM Expertise:

Comfortable using CRM platforms to manage client data, generate reports, and extract insights.

Organization & Multitasking:

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and efficiency.

Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat (PDFs).

Initiative:

Self-driven and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Paralegal or Negotiator. Strong negotiation background, especially in debt settlement or financial services.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00

PM Compensation:

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and responsibilities.
