Responsibilities:

As a CSR/Insurance Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of customer service, supporting Account Managers, and ensuring account retention. You’ll be responsible for providing impeccable service, independent thinking, and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in policy quoting, binding, and issuing, changes, certificates and endorsements Ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and suggest relevant coverage. Collaborating with multiple producers and a seasoned service team. Cultivating professional customer service skills. Experience with Agency Management Systems such as EZ Lynx are preferred

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in an independent brokerage or agency. Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license. While a college degree is preferred, it’s not mandatory. Experience in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated ability to engage face-to-face with customers. Proficiency in data entry and online quoting. Providing administrative support and contributing to various projects as needed.
