Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales and service goals within the branch. Drive new business by identifying growth opportunities for deposits, loans, and fee-generating services. Serve as a resource for your team by providing training, feedback, and real-time support on products and services. Partner with other business lines to ensure clients are referred to the right financial solutions. Maintain operational oversight to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to all policies. Deliver exceptional client service and handle key account management tasks for a select portfolio. Support efforts related to community involvement and local market engagement. Contribute to profitability through thoughtful cost management and revenue generation initiatives. Provide coverage and leadership across multiple locations when needed.
