Full Job Description Account Manager Job Brief:

We are looking for a qualified Account Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for assigned customers, as well as new customers. You will be cross trained in all sales functions from presentations, taking orders, coordinating order fulfillment, customer updates and follow-up. You will be communicating with customers via phone, email and digital media. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. You must be able and willing to work evenings and weekends occasionally as customer demands require. Be able to contribute to high quality customer service and work in a team environment as well as by yourself. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you. Skills

• Bachelor degree preferable or five-years industry experience
• Experience in flower industry a plus
• Must speak and write English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Oracle or NetSuite experience a plus
• Willing to travel to visit and make presentations to customers
