What You’ll Do as an
Wireless Account Manager:
Represent AT&T’s latest wireless internet products to both new and existing businesses Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations based on customer needs for wireless and internet products Customize service plans and quotes to fit individual businesses and budgets Build strong relationships with customers and local business partners Process orders for customers and follow through on their service satisfaction Resolve questions and concerns quickly to ensure high customer satisfaction Track sales performance and report on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics Manage accounts with detail on all business information ensuring accuracy Share valuable customer insights and competitor feedback to continue improve
Wireless Account Manager Qualifications:
Experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role is preferred Strong people skills with a confident, professional presence Excellent verbal and written communication Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Willingness to travel locally to the office Bilingual is a plus to work with diverse business owners but not required.
