We are currently seeking an Account Manager, This is a remoteposition. Role and ResponsibilitiesAccount Managers provide overallday-to-day customer service and support to Account Management toensure the effective execution of client objectives. Thisindividual is responsible to ensure project deliverables areconsistent with client service agreements, appropriate servicelevels are achieved, project timelines and deliverables meet clientrequirements, issues are identified and resolved timely, and clientsatisfaction is achieved. Preparing account management related documents such as memberdocuments, meeting reports, and other client communications andcorrespondence. Participating in and documenting discussions during clientmeetings and conference calls. Organization of member documents, reports, and other clientcorrespondence. Creating and/or providing feedback on project estimates andtimelines. Fielding and processing internal and external informationrequests. Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives ofpast project information as appropriate. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of client’sobjectives, plan designs, and overall needs. Proactive communication with clients. Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to ProtectedHealth Information (PHI). If a HIPAA violation is discovered, whether individually or byanother, you must report the violation to the Compliance Officerand/or Human Resources. Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all requiredHIPAA Training offered by the company. Demonstrate good presentation skills and excellent negotiationskills. Experience with client or provider relations. Intermediate or advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Adobe. Outstanding analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishingrapport and working with others. Program performance and understanding of healthcareanalytics. Preferred Education and Experience Account management experience in PBM environment or managedhealthcare services.
