The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong background in customer service and sales, with an emphasis on business development and market expansion. As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Identify new business opportunities through research and networking to expand the client base. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, utilizing Salesforce for tracking and reporting. Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market trends and competitive analysis. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; experience in B2B sales is a plus. Strong understanding of sales management principles and strategies.
