As an Account Trainee, you’ll learn the ins and outs of business sales while working with AT&T’s business solutions. As An Account Trainee, Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Going through our structured training program to learn AT&T’s business products and services Learning how to identify and approach potential customers/ clients who need telecommunications solutions (in an in-person setting) Shadowing experienced account managers to see how it’s really done Practicing your presentation skills with real AT&T business solutions Working toward your training milestones and your sales goals Getting comfortable with our systems for tracking client interactions Attending team meetings and training sessions to keep building your knowledge Qualifications For the

Account Trainee Role:

High school diploma or college degree (any field is fine) 1-2 years of previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience Enthusiastic attitude and genuine interest in learning Good communication skills and the ability to connect with people Self-motivated and willing to put in the work to succeed Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation for local business visits Nice to Have (But Not Required) Experience talking to people in professional settings Part-time work or internships in any business environment Leadership roles in school, sports, or volunteer activities Comfort with technology and learning new software Here’s What We’ll Give You Comprehensive paid training program
