Job Summary:

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for new and existing ConversionIQ clients. This highly impactful role is critical in ensuring successful client onboarding, providing proactive support, continuously monitoring account performance, and fostering deep, lasting client relationships. You will be instrumental in guiding clients to leverage the full potential of our HyperCognitive AI , ensuring they maximize their ROI. For the right candidate, this role offers significant growth into a leadership position within our new SaaS Client Success team.

Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Activation:

Lead the seamless onboarding process for new ConversionIQ clients, guiding them through the setup and utilization of our AI-powered platform. Educate and train clients on how to configure and leverage our advanced AI capabilities (e.g., access permissions, Knowledge Base integration, objective setting, voice & tone controls). Conduct engaging training sessions (virtual and potentially in-person) to ensure clients achieve rapid value realization.

Proactive Client Support & Success:

Serve as the trusted advisor for client inquiries, providing timely and effective support via multiple channels. Proactively monitor client accounts to ensure ConversionIQ’s AI is performing optimally, responding accurately, and aligning with client expectations and brand guidelines. Identify opportunities for optimization and guide clients on best practices to achieve their digital engagement goals. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate closely with our Engineering team for swift resolution.

Relationship Management & Growth:

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with ConversionIQ clients, understanding their evolving business needs. Actively identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling across ConversionIQ’s expanding product roadmap, and upselling as client needs scale. Gather crucial client feedback to directly influence ConversionIQ’s product development and strategic roadmap. Strategic Referral to

ONE Agency:

Identify and facilitate opportunities to introduce ConversionIQ clients to ONE Agency’s broader digital advertising services when appropriate (e.g., clients seeking full-service campaign management beyond AI tools). Educate clients on ONE Agency’s unique value proposition and adhere to referral commission structures.

Data & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and support requests within our CRM. Contribute to the development of client-facing documentation and training materials for ConversionIQ products.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS, MarTech, or AI technology company. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer engagement challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management within a fast-paced environment. A proactive, customer-centric approach with a passion for technology and driving client success. Familiarity with AI, automation technologies, and CRM software is highly beneficial.
