KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Client & Community Relations to join our Lakehouse organization.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain impact dashboards for the Client & Community Relations Team; track activity, effectiveness, and outcomes from client meetings, tours, as well as community impact activities that includes regular data entry, generating and tracking reports, maintaining, and updating various tools used to generate activity; serve as the Sales Force subject matter expert for the Lakehouse team
Serve as a tour guide and provide support for Lakehouse tours that includes assisting the team with planning, communications, facilitation, and follow-up activities, gathering feedback, as well as tracking data for reporting purposes
Leverage firm tools to research individuals and companies to gather data for customizing prioritized tours; prepare detailed reports on the findings and, aid with follow-up actions as necessary; host clients attending Lakehouse programs
Assist the team with client program preparation and logistics, including entering guests in Envoy, ensuring spaces are staged and ready for viewing, and preparing decks as needed
Engage and interact comfortably with KPMG professionals at all organizational levels, ensuring a positive and productive tour and client event experience
Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the Lakehouse team and its initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of recent experience in a client relations role
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Proficient in Salesforce (Engage) and Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), with strong reporting skills, data entry expertise, and dashboard creation preferred
Proven strength in organizational and time management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent work ethic, proactiveness, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with KPMG professionals at all levels
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new and changing circumstances, and work outside of normal business hours as needed
