Responsibilities:
Manage and deepen client relationships with effective communication and personalized attention in every interaction Support the firm’s growth Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested Schedule, attend, and facilitate client meetings Manage referrals effectively Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings Create and maintain records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software Participate in marketing efforts including seminars and other client-facing events Actively engage in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage and deepen client relationships with effective communication and personalized attention in every interaction Support the firm’s growth Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested Schedule, attend, and facilitate client meetings Manage referrals effectively Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings Create and maintain records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software Participate in marketing efforts including seminars and other client-facing events Actively engage in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Company’s working structure, policies, mission, and strategies Managed account platforms General office practices, procedures, and methods Investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry Financial markets, products, and industry regulations Trading terminology Financial planning software Skill in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software Microsoft Office Suite Effective communication (in-person, virtual, phone, and mail) Ability to Familiarity with software applications, such as Excel, to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases Analyze and research account information Handle stressful situations and provide a high level of client attention in a calm and professional manner Analyze problems and establish solutions in a fast-paced environment Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively Work both independently and as part of a cohesive team Demonstrate competence, dependability, and responsibility Education/Previous Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. Licenses/Certifications SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied Series 7 required Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state Jason Claycomb/Raymond James and its employees are independent contractors with respect to Raymond James ; not employees of Raymond James.
