Commercial Lines Account Manager Position Available In Orange, Florida

Commercial Lines Account Manager Caple Howden Insurance Agency, Inc. 10222 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32817 We are seeking a Commercial Lines Agent to join our team! Our business is growing and we are looking for additional help to handle the growth. You will be responsible for sales and service of commercial lines insurance products, to expand the company’s book of business. You must have at least 3 years of commercial insurance experience and have a 440 or 220 license.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, present and market insurance policies to new and existing clients. Review and develop suitable insurance plans based on clients’ needs. Market renewals. Round out existing accounts. Work to improve agency and client interractions. Resolve client inquiries and complaints. Service existing customers. Expand business reach through networking techniques and opportunities. Comply with state insurance standards and regulations. Access over 50 different insurance companies to quote and write new insurance policies. Have a strong working knowledge of general liability, commercial property, workers compensation and a reasonable suite of other commercial products.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Ability to work as an integral member of a team.

$51,474.00 – $67,131.00 per year
