As the Digital Account Relationship Manager, you will lead the strategy and development of digital-first deposit products and member experiences. You will design and optimize digital journeys, from member acquisition and account opening to funding and everyday account use. Leveraging your expertise in digital onboarding, fraud prevention, and compliance, you will help grow deposits responsibly and efficiently. You will also manage a talented team of Digital Accounts Specialists and Onboarding Specialists while partnering closely with Marketing to drive campaigns that attract and engage new and existing members.
Your Role in
Our Mission:
Designs and manages the digital experience for new member onboarding, funding, and day-to-day engagement across multiple member segments.
Implements effective strategies to monitor and prevent digital account fraud and reduce risk exposure.
Leverages member insights to inform new features and user experience improvements.
Manages Digital Accounts team to ensure high quality member service, deposit and membership goals are achieved.
Collaborates with Marketing on member acquisition, onboarding campaigns, and cross-sell flows.
Coordinates outreach efforts to cross sell products and services to members within the Digital Member Portfolio.
Uses data and reporting to stay current on trends with digital account/membership and to make data driven decisions.
Maintains knowledge of the external market conditions and suggests new technology to improve the member experience across channels.
Leads the product roadmap for digital deposit products.
Leads and/or support projects, including system testing, in alignment with department objectives.
Assists VP Digital Sales and Service with budgeting, operational planning, business continuity planning, and audit response as needed.
Assists in strategic planning for the department to promote desired goals.

What Makes You a
Great Fit:
Bachelor’s Degree plus 4-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong problem-solving, business analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
Deep knowledge of digital account opening, onboarding, fraud prevention, and compliance standards.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
Excellent communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly and listen actively.
Commitment to acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for members’ financial well-being.
