As an Entry Level Account Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, managing accounts, and driving business development initiatives. Your contributions will play a crucial role in achieving our sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and territory sales. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on account growth and retention. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Assist in the development of new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with CRM software.
