Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular reviews of client policies to ensure coverage meets their needs. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth within assigned accounts. Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy updates, renewals, and changes. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in insurance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Experience Proven experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred. Strong skills in sales administration and benefits administration. Experience in retail sales or related fields can be beneficial for understanding client needs. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
