Position Summary:
As a Junior Account Manager at SpeedPro Orlando, your primary role will be to provide essential support to our team of Account Managers, contributing to the success of client relationships and large format printing projects. This client-facing position requires a candidate with a graphic design background who is not only presentable and professional, but also dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be the front of the house, greeting clients, and performing various administrative tasks, including assistance with pick-ups, drop-offs, phone calls, and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Work closely with the existing team of Account Managers to build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Be the front of the house, greeting clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Graphic Design Support:
Leverage your graphic design background to provide creative input and support on client projects. Ensure design specifications meet client expectations and align with the company’s high-quality standards. Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and other relevant software for graphic design tasks. Assist with preflighting and proofs to ensure accurate and high-quality graphic outputs.
Administrative Support:
Conduct professional correspondence with clients through emails, ensuring clear and effective communication. Contact clients by phone, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience. Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to assisting with pick-ups, drop-offs, and handling general inquiries. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
Supporting Internal Projects:
Provide meticulous support in internal projects, ensuring tasks are executed with high attention to detail and organizational efficiency. Contribute to the success of internal projects through careful coordination and timely delivery of high-quality products.
Order Processing:
Efficiently process orders, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company procedures. Track and monitor project progress, providing regular updates to clients as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks on completed projects to ensure they meet the company’s high standards for excellence.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or project coordination role is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present oneself professionally and interact effectively with clients. Graphic design background is a requirement. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Proficient experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and other graphic design software. Proficient experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
