Junior Account Manager (Automotive Advertising/Marketing) Reports to:

Senior Account Executive/Director of Sales Position Overview:

Our sister company, one of the top digital marketing companies in the US, seeking a motivated and goal-driven Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for supporting the Senior Account Executive in client acquisition and account management tasks across a variety of digital marketing services, including SEO, email blast, Paid Search, Paid Social, CTV/OTT, Programmatic Display, and Digital home (DOOH). The Junior Account Manager will work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth campaign execution, client satisfaction, and the achievement of key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in client acquisition and management of client accounts, ensuring effective communication and support for all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Paid Media, Programmatic) to monitor campaign performance and deliver results that meet client objectives.
  • Maintain and update client account information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com).
  • Handle day-to-day client requests, ensuring prompt responses and effective resolution of any issues.
  • Support the Senior Account Manager in developing client reports, and providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data.
  • Engage in prospecting activities such as cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings (virtually or in person) to support the account management team and understand client needs.
  • Track and report on account KPIs, ensuring that client expectations and goals are consistently met.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, specifically in the automotive industry, to offer informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience:
  • Entry-level sales or account management experience, including internships, part-time roles, or customer-facing positions.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
Sales Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of the sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing sales.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
  • Experience or willingness to learn CRM tools for lead and sales pipeline management.
Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Understanding or experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Monday.
