As a Paid Media Account Manager at Tiger Tracks, your expertise in Google and Meta Ads will be the cornerstone of your role. You’ll lead high-stakes client calls, develop data-driven strategies, and be hands-on keyboard-actively managing and optimizing campaigns to drive maximum performance. RoleResponsibilities Manage a portfolio of top Tiger Tracks clients (4-8 accounts), owning client relationships, overseeing account performance, and achieving internal and external growth goals. Leverage your expert knowledge of Google and Meta Ads to optimize campaigns, including bid strategies, adjustments, and budget allocations for peak performance. Lead client meetings, conduct budget recommendations, and pitch campaign strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on sustainable growth. Update and maintain internal documents and processes with accurate information. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering clear, data-backed insights. Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative strategies to maximize client success. Qualifications At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media within a high-growth advertising or media agency, preferably in a small to midsize firm. Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is required, with a strong grasp of bidding strategies and goals; familiarity with other digital channels is a plus. Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and lead client conversations with confidence. Track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, delivering against ambitious targets, and managing multiple accounts with diverse business models and industries. Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable navigating ambiguity and making independent decisions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
