Position Overview The Platform Account Manager has an important role and we’re looking for an intelligent, driven candidate to join our team immediately. As a Platform Account Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of Sonobi’s digital demand advertisers, work closely with colleagues and clients to maximize performance, solve problems, retain existing business, and develop new business with a high level of internal and external customer service. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in groups and independently. Essential Job Functions Deliver world class customer service facilitating client requests and maximizing account performance as a point of contact for strategic partnerships Perform Daily Operations supporting the Sonobi Marketplace via data analysis, performance review & technical opportunity assessments Analyze business opportunities and support relationships between clients and our strategic demand partners Facilitate communication with internal partners to effectively manage and strengthen client partnerships

Candidate Overview:

2+ years of client management experience Utilize relevant software/tools to assemble analysis for daily and weekly actionable items for client communication The ability to manage ongoing client-specific projects including further implementation, technical updates, and more Experience in conducting platform demos/training via video conference, phone, email, in-person or any other relevant format Able to identify client stakeholders and metrics for success to build a long-term, sustainable partnership Ability to communicate client feedback and feature requests with the rest of the team to help prioritize product development efforts Competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM Platforms with a willingness to learn and leverage new internal analytics software solutions (e.g. Tableau) Comfort with public speaking and/or client presentations
