Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Order Management o Process all orders promptly, ensuring all system requirements and documentation are met o Manager customer portals, keeping information up to date and accurate o Monitor and respond to Outlook order inbox inquiries within 5 minutes o Enter orders into the system within one (1) hour to maintain workflow efficiency o Track sales orders, conducting final reviews and documenting progress weekly o Create quotes, schedule pre-walks, and confirm approvals before proceeding with installations o Ensure timely scheduling of install work orders while coordinating inventory availability o Review and send daily schedules to warehouse teams to ensure operational alignment o Process change orders for add-ons to closed jobs and confirm they are ready for billing o Assist in collections support and research as needed • Collaboration & Process Improvement o Attend and actively participate in weekly team stand-up meetings to align objectives o Adopt and integrate new company processes and technology, ensuring continuous improvement o Contribute to a strong team culture that upholds RM Interiors’ company values and mission Skills & Expertise • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential • Exceptional customer service abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Excellent time management skills to troubleshoot and resolve challenges • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure order precision and compliance • Ability to adapt to evolving processes and technologies in a fast-paced environment
