The Specialty Sales team is responsible for sellingone of the respiratory portfolio cornerstones of growth now and inthe future.

This role will provide you theopportunity to lead key activities, career growth, and the abilityto do impactful work: Responsibilities include the following:

KeyResponsibilities:

Describe the key deliverables to be achieved bythe post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and CustomerEngagement expertise to specialist customers in support of a GSKbiologic product. To understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape forspecialist customers and identify the appropriate resources (e. g.

Payer Relations Managers, HUB, headquarter approved materials) torefer customers to appropriate resource for reimbursement anddistribution choices, always working within GSK guidelines andvalues. Maintain knowledge and data, which are constantly changing,with respect to severe asthma therapeutic expertise. Provide product educational programs/in-services tocustomers. Work within Compliance guidelines and GSK values always. Develop strategies and tactics to generate sales. Develop and implement strategies specific to each customerwithin an account (i.e., Allergists, Pulmonologists, nurses, PAs,business/office managers). Develop and maintain strong working relationships withMarketing, Payer Relations Managers (Market Access), Medical(MSLs), and other functions within GSK. Effectively manage allocated resources (i.e., financial). Provide outstanding customer service by responding to ourcustomers’ requests, inquiries and needs.

Bachelor’s degree Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which in someterritories may include overnight travel up to 30% Valid driver’s license. Must be able and willing to drive or operate a vehicle

The selected candidate will be hired at the appropriate levelbased on experience Specialty Account Specialist (grade 8): 5+ years ofpharmaceutical/medical device experience. Senior Specialty Account Specialist (grade 7): 12+ years ofpharmaceutical/medical device experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Specialty Products that utilize the Buy & Bill or Specialtypharmacy modes of distribution. Expertise in working with Payer Reimbursement Managers Biologic/Rare Disease/Respiratory Sales experience Ready to getAhead of Disease
