What You’ll Do As A Client Account Manager:
Engage with customers to drive new sales for telecommunications and technology products and ensure excellent customer service Educate consumers on promotions, products, and brand benefits that best fit their needs Record and analyze consumer engagements to enhance & improve the sales delivery process Work with the sales and management team to strategize on how to grow and improve consumer acquisition by utilizing negotiation and upselling techniques Learn leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship Attend daily training sessions with the Client Account Manager team to develop sales, negotiation, and leadership skills with senior leaders Collaborate with fellow Client Account Managers to understand market trends & changes in consumer interactions Qualifications For a
Client Account Manager:
A bachelor’s degree is highly desirable but not required 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, or similar field is required Leadership, management, or sales experience is a plus but not required A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and Client Account Manager teammates Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our office A desire to grow, take on challenges, and step into leadership roles in the future
