As a successful Account Manager, you will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. You will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. This position will support S&K Building Services | 1696 Old Okeechobee Rd, Suite C1, West Palm Beach, FL 33409 What You’ll Do Increase sales using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships Meet personal and team sales targets Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory Who You Are You have 3-5 years of sales experience in the Field Service industry You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships You have experience working with CRMs such as Smart Service, Hubspot, and/or Customer Factor You have familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management You are tech savvy You have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills You are self motivated and driven You are available to work occasional evenings and weekends if needed You have a valid driver’s license You reside in or are willing to relocate to the West Palm Beach, FL area You are able to travel within your assigned territory What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission with over $100,000 earning potential Weekly Pay Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) – Benefits effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment Retirement Plan (401k with a Company Match) Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Training & Development
