The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, particularly in outside sales and business development. This role will include Business to Business relationship building to grow the LA Fitness brand! Responsibilities Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on outside sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members through effective account management. Utilize technology sales techniques such as digital marketing through social media. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lead a team of membership representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals
