Job Description
Client Relations Associate Trust & Estates Law Firm 1901 South Congress Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 We are seeking an energized and detail-oriented Client Relations Associate to join our well established Estate Planning Law Firm. The CRA plays a crucial role in providing exceptional client service by managing appointment scheduling and handling inbound client phone calls. This position requires a professional and courteous demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for clients with attorneys and other staff members
- Answer incoming client phone calls and provide assistance or direct calls to the appropriate person
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the scheduling system
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders as needed
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by management
