Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:
The ability to close sales while maintaining a professional business relationship with consumers and potential new clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to better promote and sell service packages to customers directly. Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly. Review product knowledge on a daily basis to stay current on any new sales promotions or deals we may be offering for customers Collaborate with the Customer Account Representative and Executive teams to develop personalized solutions tailored to meet each client’s specific needs and requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our services Input customer information into our system accurately and efficiently while upholding the confidentiality standards expected of our Customer Account Representative. Knowledge We Look For A Customer Account Representative To Have:
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required Capable of quickly developing a rapport with various clients and working cross-functionally within other departments of our firm. Proven ability to influence potential consumers, with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with shifting priorities when needed. Consumer-focused mindset with a passion for sales. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

$850.00 – $1,085.00 per week
