Four-Day Workweek Help Leaders Lead:
Be the Backbone of Every New Girl Scout Troop! At Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida, we don’t just support girls-we support the adult leaders who help them shine. Behind every strong Girl Scout troop are two dedicated adult Troop Leaders, and behind those leaders is someone like you: strategic, empathetic, and relentlessly focused on what it takes to keep Troop Leaders feeling confident and empowered to keep girls engaged and growing. As our Customer Relationship Manager (Associate Director of Troop Support), you’ll build the systems, strategies, and relationships that help new (and renewing) Troop Leaders succeed. You’ll be the architect of a council-wide approach to troop retention, overseeing everything from first-year engagement plans to renewal campaigns and pushing out digital support resources at just the right time. As the Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll guide volunteers through their earliest challenges, connect them with mentors, and ensure they have what they need to thrive. Each day, you’ll turn raw data into meaningful action-gathering and analyzing troop participation, satisfaction, and renewal rates to pinpoint what works and what doesn’t. As the Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll lead one direct report and collaborate across departments to align troop support efforts with recruitment, programming, and advancement goals. Your work will directly shape how thousands of girls experience Girl Scouting each year. This isn’t just a support role-it’s a leadership role. You’ll need a big-picture mindset, a knack for logistics, and the ability to inspire and coach others. Whether you’re troubleshooting with a volunteer, refining a new digital resource, or working with our marketing team to tell a powerful story of impact, as our Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll bring insight and intention to everything you do. Your week will be full and purpose-driven. This is an in-based Customer Relationship Manager position at our Lake Worth headquarters, following our four-day workweek. Reporting to our Senior Vice President of Mission Delivery, you’ll work Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (this is within our extended office hours), with some evening and weekend hours required during peak periods. You’ll need access to reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license to support our wide-reaching community. We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager with at least two years of recent, relevant experience. Supervisory experience or completion of leadership training is preferred. You’ll also need strong analytical and interpersonal skills, along with comfort using systems like Salesforce and digital learning platforms. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and if you’re bilingual in Spanish or French, that’s a plus. In return, you’ll join a forward-thinking organization that values its team as much as its mission. We offer a competitive salary, heavily employer-subsidized health and dental insurance, a 401(k) with a paid match from day one with no vesting period, paid vacation and sick time, and a paid summer and winter shutdown. We also participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and recently launched a “Grow in Your Role” pilot that outlines a clear path to promotion and performance-based bonuses. Join us as our next Customer Relationship Manager and be a reason that girls and volunteers come back year after year. Ready to apply? Complete our online application.
