Your Role As an Account Manager in our Commercial Lines team, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional service to our sophisticated clientele. Your ability to build relationships, stay organized, and provide top-notch client service will drive your success in this role. Responsibilities Provide quality service to clients as their primary liaison with insurance carriers. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and support. Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional service to new and existing clients. Stay current with industry standards and trends to best serve our clients. What We’re Looking For A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AMS360 is a plus. Qualifications Florida Property & Casualty 2-20 license (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe). At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within Commercial Lines.
Work Location Hybrid :
Split time between remote work and our Delray Beach office.
