Omnichannel Account Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 6500 Park Of Commerce Boulevard, Boca Raton, FL 33487 What We’re Looking For Travelpro is seeking an Omnichannel Account Manager to join our Sales team! You will play a critical role in managing and driving sales across various retail channels. This role requires strong partnerships with cross-functional departments and calls for a candidate who possesses an analytical mindset with a “stay curious” mentality. What You’ll Do Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across department stores, club, specialty, and independent retail channels to drive sales and marketing initiatives that meet or exceed revenue targets. Leading retail partner meetings by developing and delivering compelling, insight-driven presentations that support sell-in and growth strategies. Collaborate closely with supply chain and finance teams to forecast demand and proactively communicate shifts, ensuring alignment between inventory levels and sales projections. Own category management responsibilities, analyzing account performance to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, assess competitive shifts, and recommend strategic actions. Develop and execute promotional plans, maintain pricing alignment, and optimize inventory to support sell-through and profitability goals. Plan and manage brand activation efforts
- including associate training initiatives, in-store displays, trade shows, and retail media campaigns
- to drive awareness and conversion.
Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, promotions, and assortment, through regular comp shop analysis. Oversee and optimize product detail page (PDP) setup to ensure best-in-class content, accuracy, and relevancy across retail platforms. Deliver monthly and quarterly business updates in partnership with Finance, providing the executive team with visibility into sales trends and key business drivers. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree 2
- 5 years’ experience with CPG or semi-durable company, ideally in Omnichannel and eCommerce management, sales, and/or trade marketing.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with internal and external partners Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed Ability to perform occasional lifting in the handling of work materials; up to 50lbs for a fully packed luggage item Primarily works in an office environment Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations Requires visual skills necessary to comprehensively review physical products What We Offer Inspiring Company Culture
