Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Client Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving business growth across both commercial and high-end residential markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a strong, diversified client portfolio. Execute targeted outbound initiatives, including cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and attending industry events to generate qualified leads. Develop tailored sales strategies for different client segments, including property managers, HOA boards, luxury homeowners, corporate clients, and developers. Prepare, present, and negotiate customized proposals and bids to prospective clients. Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations, site walkthroughs, and consultations to demonstrate the value of Greenscape Design’s services. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, activities, and pipeline progress in the company CRM. Foster and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business, contract renewals, and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation compaigns and promotions. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to adapt strategies and uncover new opportunities. Partner with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to project launch. Represent Greenscape Design at trade shows, networking events and community functions to enhance brand visibility. Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), providing regular updates to leadership. Performance Exceptions Achieve a minimum of $500,000 in new contracted business revenue within the first 12 months. Secure 4-6 new commercial or residential accounts within the first 6 months. Maintain a lead conversion rate of 20% or higher from qualified prospects. Make a minimum of 50 outreach activities (calls/emails) per week to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Attend at least 2 local networking or industry events each month. Deliver complete, accurate CRM data and monthly sales forecasts. Develop and present a 90-day territory growth plan during the initial onboarding period.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in landscaping, construction, property services, or a related industry. Established network of contacts within commercial and/or residential property sectors in Palm Beach County is a plus. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft OJice Suite and CRM platforms (Aspire knowledge a plus).
