Job Summary The Senior Account Manager II, Allied develops effective partnerships with facility client administrators and decision makers using a consultative approach to secure new contracts, increase market share with current accounts, and generate and fill Allied orders to ultimately drive growth in revenue and market share. Job Responsibilities Establishes and cultivates long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their current staffing trends, and future needs. Develops strategic partnerships with Allied Recruiters to market your clients and orders as attractive opportunities for healthcare professionals. Updates all internal partners in real time using placement statuses and tasks in appropriate systems to deliver the most qualified candidates to clients timely. Submits files detailing relevant work history, skills, and intangible qualities for each healthcare professional. Negotiates contract terms (i.e., bill rates, other language) with client contacts and prepares new client contracts. Represents a central point of contact between the facility client, healthcare professional, recruiter, and clinical liaison to optimally manage behavioral or performance while the healthcare professional is on assignment, and preserve the client relationship. Key Skills Account Management Project Management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Qualifications Education & Years of Experience Associate’s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience Additional Experience Experience in healthcare or staffing account management Work Environment / Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
