Territory Account Manager 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 15335 Park Of Commerce Blvd Bldg 25, Jupiter, FL 33478 Territory Account Manager | Independent Truck Upfitters | Jupiter, FL (RTB) Regular Employee | Salary Exempt Overview As the Territory Account Manager for Independent Truck Upfitters (ITU) (A Shyft Brand), you will maintain and grow existing accounts and establish new business. Your primary focus will be to build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, truck dealers, fleet truck dealers, and fleet customers throughout your region. In addition, up to 50% travel to visit new prospects and existing accounts within Florida and Southern Georgia will be required. In this role, you will spend approximately 60% of your time on new business development, and 40% of your time nurturing your existing customer base. Core Responsibilities Develop strong customer relationships to maintain control over your territory Manage dealer and fleet accounts and track sales through the CRM Build additional business through up-selling to current customers Sell new products at trade shows, open houses, golf tournaments, and other trade show association events; assist with marketing projects as needed Prepare sales quotes and follow up with production regarding the status of open orders Provide customers with marketing sales tools and product training Ensure prompt and careful handling of customer complaints and warranty issues Plan routine meetings with users and fleet operators to map out vehicle specifications Call aftermarket vendors to get specifications and pricing information for quotations Support the release and assignment of chassis to order specifications Collaborate with engineers to build and prepare custom quotes and drawings for customers Attend distributor and fleet customer events including GM, Ford, and Dodge meetings for training purposes Learn more about The Shyft Group and ITU by exploring the Learn More section below.
