We’re growing—and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to help us connect with small business owners who need exactly what we offer. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities from inbound leads, referrals, and outbound efforts. Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and recommend appropriate services (e.g., tax resolution, monthly accounting, employee benefits support). Nurture and convert warm leads in our CRM system (HubSpot/Zoho or similar). Follow up on unsold prior-year tax leads and re-engage past clients. Present service packages tailored to industries such as real estate, healthcare, retail, or construction. Collaborate with accounting team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversion activity. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in accounting, financial services, SaaS, or B2B consulting. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfort with consultative selling—asking the right questions and listening to uncover client needs. Self-starter mindset with the ability to meet or exceed quotas. Experience using CRM systems (HighLevel and Canopy) and scheduling tools like Calendly is a plus.
