We’re expanding and looking for a friendly, driven Account Manager to support our current clients and help bring in new ones.
Job Description:
As an Account Manager at Loose Neck Land, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Call existing clients to upsell seasonal or new products
- Re-engage inactive accounts with a simple, effective sales process
- Reach out to new potential retail buyers (gift shops, novelty stores, etc.)
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Keep basic records updated in our CRM (training provided)
- Communicate client feedback to our internal team
- No high-pressure sales.
Calls are quick, simple, and often lead to easy wins.
Qualifications:
- Driven with strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Organized and reliable with follow-ups
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using basic tech tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
