As an Entry Level Account Managers, you’ll be at the forefront of the customer sales experience. You’ll engage one on one with customers, identify their needs, and present unique wireless solutions for our clients. We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment, someone who picks up new concepts quickly, and who can effectively highlight the benefits of our client’s offerings. Entry Level Account Managers:

Engage face-to-face with customers, providing information on wireless products and services to help them make informed purchasing decisions to solve their needs Highlight the benefits of our TV, phone, and internet services, emphasizing value and key selling points to maximize company profitability Retain and apply detailed product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations that meet customer service needs Master customer service best practices to ensure a positive, transparent, and engaging experience for our customers Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, identifying areas of improvement in order to build long-term client customer relationships Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge demonstrating expertise in sales techniques and direct marketing strategies What We’re Looking For in

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$875.00 – $1,250.00 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
