$18•20/hr based on experience 💼 Dental office experience preferred | Open Dental a BIG plus 💬

What You’ll Be Doing:

Call patients to follow up on outstanding balances Clearly explain account details and payment options Work with patients to arrange payment plans when needed Keep accurate notes and records of communication in Open Dental Collaborate with the front desk and billing team to resolve billing discrepancies Be a kind, consistent, and confident communicator•empathy is key! ✅

What You Bring:

Strong phone communication and customer service skills Previous experience with patient billing or collections (dental or medical preferred) Organized and detail-oriented•you never miss a follow-up Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism Familiarity with Open Dental is a bonus (but not required) Fluent in Spanish or another language? That’s a plus! 🎁
