As a result of our growth, we are hiring an Account Management Specialist out of our Lakeland, FL facility. Job Summary This position is the primary liaison between the divisions Carlisle Companies Incorporated. and the customers who purchase our materials. Our Account Management Specialist are responsible for delivering The Carlisle Experience by getting the right product, to the right place, at the right time, in the right condition, with the right invoicing – and being a pleasure to do business with throughout. The Account Management Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing relationships between a company and its clients or customers. This is also the customer’s primary point of contact for resolution of problems as they arise. This individual will be expected to form strong relationships with internal and external customers, representatives, and Carlisle regional sales managers. Business hours may be 7am-6 pm Monday through Friday Depending on geographic territory served. Minimal travel is required for the position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage customer requests within an assigned territory, overseeing orders from placement through to successful delivery and invoicing; provide accurate lead times and verify pricing. Ensure customer account information (e.g., address, contact information) is accurate and up to date. Collaborate with inventory and production planning teams to source materials for orders. Regularly review open orders to identify changes and proactively communicate and coordinate shipment rescheduling with customers as needed. Maintain a network of contacts within Inventory Management, Shipping, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Production departments, as well as with external vendors. Build strong relationships with customers, representatives, and regional managers. Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage high workload volumes effectively. Basic negotiation and mathematics skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to respond accurately and promptly to various customer inquiries.

Education and Experience:
Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in order management or customer service. Minimum of one (1) year of experience serving internal and/or external customers.

Preferred:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. SAP experience
