The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth within the commercial roofing service sector by estimating projects, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the commercial sector. Prepare and present detailed proposals, including contract terms and pricing strategies. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables. Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam for effective project estimation and cost control. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Experience Proven experience in estimating, preferably within the roofing industry.
