POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for managing the growth, volume, share and profit through an Account Manager in a certain area while seeking opportunities and building a rapport with accounts. This position will also lead by example while upholding company standards and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently Active Florida driver’s license Proficient in M360 or ordering systems •
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Demonstrates leadership through example, motivation and clear direction Maintains and facilitate effective communication Act as liaison between departments, OP sales/service teams and customers; resolve service issues immediately and professionally, communicates escalated issues with urgency to appropriate chain of command Provides daily communication and direction to Account Manager concerning directions, reporting and updates Provides motivation, delegation, coaching, resources and accountability to assigned Account Manager for: o Achieving and exceeding pillars, targets and objectives within assigned deadlines o Growing territory by share, volume and profit o Full execution of the sales process in every account according to route frequency o Ensure any and all OOC is sent back and account managers are managing their OOC o All marketing and POS is to be current, relevant, accurately priced o Ensuring all sales opportunities have been identified, planned and exploited o Oversight of Inside-Sell accounts & Inside-Sell Account Manager o Adherence of company service level agreements, policies and procedures o Continuing education in the sales process and product portfolio Seeking opportunities for incremental growth Responsible to document, coach and discipline employees not performing or behaving to BLD standards Support Reps with new account setup and initial meetings with account owners/management Drive and execute effective, fun and engaging product promotions according to monthly target Monthly ride withs and team sells to develop reps and market Timely action on identified issues, directives and assignments Sound working knowledge of VIP and other business reporting Work with Sales Manager to identify market opportunities for existing and available product Forecast proper ordering levels of draught and package for OP sales portfolio Utilize close code report and immediately lead action to sell to market Build brands and partitions through effective communication and training of sales staff, trade decision makers, trade influencers and service staffs and leverages marketing using company provided materials, supplier materials and custom signage Upkeep, organization and maintenance of POS area and inventory which includes distribution of POCM and signage to accounts through reps and misc. inventory and order when needed (cups, glassware, coasters etc.) Coordinate and schedule supplier ride-withs; ensure appropriate partnering in team sell efforts Responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating any event in their area in collaboration with Sales Manager Vacation Approval and route coverage of Sales Rep Monitoring Sales Reps GPS Report
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Repetitive lifting of objects weighing 20 pounds or more daily Repetitive entering, exiting, operating, and riding in a vehicle daily Heavy lifting of objects weighing up to 170 pounds on an occasional basis Occasional repetitive pushing/pulling of a 2/4-wheel hand truck loaded with product Ability to adapt and function in varying environments of workload, worksites, and work shifts
