Our client is in the Financial Services industry and is one of the largest independently owned insurance brokerage firms in the country providing a full range of employee benefits, compliance, and HR consulting services, along with retirement solutions for both the private and public sectors. Their business was formed in 2008 and today serves over three million participants nationally in the K-12, Corporate and Government markets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Our client is searching for their next Remote, PEO-MEP-PEP Relationship Manager for their Retirement Private Sector Solutions segment. The Relationship Manager will interact daily with clients, accountants, attorneys, investment advisors and other intermediaries serving as the central point of contact for the assigned portfolio accounts. The Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring quality client service. The Relationship Manager is ultimately accountable for the clients’ overall satisfaction with our clients services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure that the clients’ operational and regulatory issues are resolved in a manner that exceeds client expectations. Help clients understand and comply with the complex regulations surrounding

PEO/MEP/PEP

plans, including reporting requirements. Work as your clients’ liaison in delivering compliance reports and testing results prepared by skilled members of our highly functionalized organization. Build trust and confidence with key personnel both at the client organization, as well as ancillary service providers (CPA, Investment Advisor, etc.). Deliver consulting expertise while guiding your clients in complying with plan documents and ERISA regulations and guidelines. Address unique or difficult regulatory and consultative issues and assist clients in preparing plan amendments. Research and resolve inquiries from company owners, plan trustees, human resource, payroll personnel, brokers, and investment advisors.

WHAT YOU NEED

7 years of experience in retirement plan services. Knowledge of retirement plan regulations, including ERISA, and the differences between MEPs and PEPs. Strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Adobe and a basic to intermediate understanding of Relius AdministrationDocument systems preferred. Experience with third party administration, defined benefits, and defined benefit contributions. ASPPA QKA or ERPA designation or approved equivalent, preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Full-time/Exempt Compensation:

$75k -$115k 10% of annual salary bonus structure 100% Remote Full benefits
