This is a client-facing, growth-focused role with opportunities to move into senior account management, team leadership, or business development based on performance. As a Client Account Manager , you’ll play a central role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients—guiding them through onboarding, maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns, and identifying ways to maximize value from our services or solutions. This role goes beyond traditional account management—it’s about creating meaningful business partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure each client’s goals are met efficiently and effectively. You will also have the opportunity to lead client meetings, analyze performance data, and develop tailored strategies that support client success and revenue growth. Client Account Manager Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts Monitor account health and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication Deliver regular reports and updates to clients regarding performance, sales progress, and campaign outcomes Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and manage expectations Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize client success Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth Attend client meetings (in-person or virtual), industry events, and networking opportunities Track performance metrics and prepare presentations for both internal and client-facing reporting Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge Client Account Manager Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, sales, or a related customer-facing role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Proven ability to build rapport, earn trust, and maintain relationships Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)

$60,534.00 – $62,368.00 per year

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
