Providers should be Board Certified and licensed in FL to apply. About the facility location The facility is located in Fort Myers, FL. About the clinician’s workday The provider will round on inpatient acute heart failure (AHF) patients and provide ambulatory care for heart failure patients, seeing 15 patients per day (8-12 inpatient, 2-4 outpatient). The inpatient team includes an intermittent APP, while the office is supported by a customer service representative, MA, and RN. This is an onsite, no-call position with a MondayFriday schedule (8 AM5 PM). The team is seeking providers available to assist weekly or once a month, with an ASAP start.
