Scope:
The Regional Account Manager responsibilities include working with the Strategic Account Managers, Account Representatives and Leadership Management to support relationships with L3/ Harris Technologies, Honeywell, Raytheon and Lockheed Martin Florida facilities. Provide outstanding customer service and support business solutions relative to issues as they emerge. Increase customer satisfaction and facilitate reviews of customer’s monthly-quarterly scorecards with TTM factories and focus with On Time Delivery (OTD) and Quality improvement plans relative to customer’s performance expectations. The Regional Account Manager will act as the liaison between TTM facilities and the customer’ teams and will escalate matters as needed to ensure critical issues are being addressed with priorities focused on overall customer satisfaction. The SAM will be the POC for RFQ’s in coordination with the customer, TTM quote teams and plants to ensure the best factory solutions are considered based on lead times and technology relative to customer needs to capture business. The Regional Account Manager will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts.
This is a full-time position in which the candidate will be required to travel periodically. The hours vary as support is required primarily across Florida, but occasionally in across North America.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prioritize and communicate customer expectations to the plant teams including, Customer service, Engineering, Operations and Quality and coordinate with Account Managers and Senior Director of Strategic Accounts to strengthen relationship with dedicated customers and ensure information is timely and projects are completed on schedule
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers building trust and confidence (internal/external) and bring awareness to issues that may require escalation and ensure seamless execution through the coordination of project management across multiple functional groups
Coordinate with the Account Managers, Quote teams and TTM Plants on Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI) to ensure the best factory solutions are considered relative to turn times, technology and customer needs for completion by the customer’s need date
Coordinate with Account & Plant teams with Customer Visits to ensure the dates and management required are aligned to support customer schedule and expectations
Manage awareness of customer scorecards and present review of OTD, Quality results to TTM factories involved addressing opportunities and development of action plans that may lead to improvements
Attend and support all monthly performance review calls and those weekly that develop regarding delivery, quality and other concerns
Identifies program and product opportunities along with supporting strategic planning to increase market share and capture new business
Effectively remove all internal barriers and/ or roadblocks that may cause negative customer experience
Support Account teams in coordinating bookings and revenue forecast data and updates for dedicated customers overall business activity
Provides guidance in addressing complex customer issues/concerns and escalating to the appropriate Plant department impacted as well as engaging with the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts
Assist Company finance teams as needed with Accounts Receivable collection activities
Facilitate customers BPO and VMI programs with the quote teams and plants aligned to support
Prepare and support data and material required for Business Reviews and coordinate with TTM facilities to ensure all are prepared for monthly performance reviews
Limited overnight travel is required
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in English verbal, written communication. Professional phone etiquette
Strong written and verbal communications, Gathering information for market intelligence and determining customer specific needs and requirements and understanding and communicating customer needs to various work teams
Due to ITAR requirements, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Knowledge of PCB industry and production. Knowledge of purchasing quality and sales. Knowledge of TTM internal systems a plus
Printed Circuit Board manufacturing knowledge, as well as knowledge of the competitive market for PCB and PWB assemblies is preferred. Ability to prioritize and organize work to follow up on sales opportunities. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
Awareness of ISO 9001, AS9100 and
ISO 140001
standards is preferred
Strong proficiency in Windows-based business applications (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook) and internet
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with high volume of workload
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred or equivalent combination of education and customer service /management experience
Minimum 5+ years of related experience

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
