Debt Resolution Specialist 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 991 3rd Street, Daytona Beach, FL 32117 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Resolution Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, through outbound calls you will be responsible for managing and resolving delinquent accounts , communicating financial options for repaying the debt, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in phone sales, be money motivated, have a drive to succeed, and maintain a positive attitude and mind set. Responsibilities Outbound Calls:
Make calls to debtors to discuss solutions for repaying their outstanding debts.
Negotiation:
Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements based on the debtor’s financial situation.
Customer Service:
Provide empathetic and professional support to debtors, addressing their concerns and questions.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure adherence to agreed payment plans. Utilize software to maintain accurate records of transactions and account statuses. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with clients to foster positive relationships Manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience Experience:
Previous experience in telemarketing , phone sales, or a related field preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to assess basic financial situations and propose solutions to the debtor convincingly.
Interpersonal Skills:
