Essential Duties and Functions:
Manage a book of business consisting of assigned customers’ insurance programs Establish, cultivate, and manage the customer relationship at multiple levels, serving as a trusted business advisor for assigned customers Prepare and process evidences of insurance and issue binders as necessary Maintain tasks in system for correspondence/requests Maintain future and agency expiration reports for book of business Review and process agency bill renewal policies, endorsements, and cancellations Remarket and quote the renewals of assigned accounts as required Prepare agency bill renewal offers and/or invoices on a timely basis Enter all required data into the system to maintain current file data on all assigned accounts in accordance with the current system requirements and procedures. Maintain log of lost business for tracking purposes Maintain a favorable relationship with clients, producers and referral contacts Maintain up to date knowledge of the various carriers’ rating plans, programs, manuals and company drawers – as per the specific assignment of carriers Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverages and rating along with your license(s) Develop and maintain working relationship with various markets Assist clients in handling claims in accordance with claims procedures, details provided Answer and process all telephone, email, or written requests for assigned accounts Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Florida 2-20 Insurance License At least 3 years of personal lines industry experience with high value market accounts Knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets Proficient with MS Office Suite Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
